The hotel was just what we were looking for for a single night stay on the top side of the Perimeter. The rooms were nice and clean, but there was a hint of previous smoke lingering. The service was friendly but lacked attention to details and the parking lot was unacceptable. The location was convenient and close to various attractions. The dining experience lacked variety and some expected items were missing. Overall, it was a decent stay with a few drawbacks worth noting.

The hotel had some room issues, but overall, it provided a comfortable stay with friendly service. The connected room was perfect for our family, but the tub and sink drains could have been better. However, dealing with a cold shower due to thermostat problems was not ideal.

The hotel's rooms were perfect for my mom, husband, and me to share without feeling crowded. They were very clean and comfortable, but we had some issues with the thermostat and the cold water. The service was a bit lacking as the checkout clerk was unable to resolve a billing issue promptly, and the manager's unavailability made it difficult to address the problem. The location was great, not too busy but there was some noise from a nearby road; however, it was still pleasant and not far from downtown. The dining experience was mixed, with some repetitive items for breakfast, but overall satisfactory. The facilities were good, but we found the dry cleaning service lacking in promptness.
